..... The slogan for the Children's Agenda was devised by members of the Baraza la Watoto (Children's Council) who attended the Special Session of the Baraza held in Moshi in January. The slogan, "Tuwape nafasi viongozi wanaojali watoto kwa kutetea haki zao" - means "Let's give a chance to leaders who care about children by ...defending their rights." Here is the Kiswahili sign up form for candidates to commit to the Top Ten Investments for Children - which echos the slogan. The sign-up form says: Are you a candidate who cares about children by defending their rights? Sign on to the Children's Agenda. Every month we will publish the names of all candidates who have pledge support for The Children's Agenda. I am a candidate in the 2010 elections and I support the Children's Agenda."
